About us
Benign German is a venture of Benign Enterprises , New Delhi. We import and supply German-engineered hardware for modular kitchens and wardrobes, and aluminium profiles in premium finishes.
Our range covers kitchen accessories (corner units, pantries, BPO, baskets, dustbins), hardware, hinges, drawer slides, luxury wardrobe accessories in Mocha and Grey series, and aluminium profiles like Gola, G-Profile, J Handle and glass frames.

Terms & Conditions
By placing an order on www.benigns.com you agree to these terms.
1. Products and prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) per piece, as per our Price List 2026. 18% GST is added at checkout. Product photos are for reference; finish and colour may vary slightly. Items marked "Price on request" are quoted on WhatsApp. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will inform you.
2. Payment
Online payment (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) is processed securely by Razorpay. Delivery is FREE on online orders.Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a COD charge based on items value: up to ₹5,000 → ₹1,000; ₹5,001–₹10,000 → ₹1,500; ₹10,001–₹25,000 → ₹2,500; above ₹25,000 → ₹3,500 (GST applicable). Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
3. Coupons
Coupon codes (e.g. WELCOME50) are valid only on online payment, cannot be used with Cash on Delivery, and cannot be combined with other offers. We may change or withdraw offers at any time.
4. Order confirmation
You will get an order number and email after placing the order. We may call you to confirm COD and bulk orders before dispatch. We may cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing or an undeliverable address; any amount paid is refunded in full.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched from our Delhi warehouse through courier partners. Delivery time depends on location and stock, usually 3–10 working days. Tracking details are shared once dispatched. Packaging, if specially needed, may be charged extra.
6. Returns, refunds and warranty

7. Installation
Products should be installed by a trained carpenter as per instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
Return & Refund Policy
7-day return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of delivery .
How to request a return
WhatsApp us on +91 99119 11667 or email benigngerman@gmail.com with your order number, product code, reason and clear photos. Our team will confirm the return within 2 working days.
Conditions
The product must be unused, not installed, and in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.
Damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery , with photos and an unboxing video if possible. These are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
For other returns (change of mind), return shipping is paid by the customer. Not returnable
Products that are installed, used, drilled, cut or altered Aluminium profiles cut to size and special / "Price on request" orders Items without original packaging, or with missing parts Refunds
After the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, the refund is processed within 7 working days .
Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer / UPI.
COD charges are not refundable, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.
A discount received through a coupon is adjusted in the refund. Cancellation
You can cancel an order free of cost before it is dispatched by WhatsApp or email. Paid orders are refunded in full.
Warranty
Benign German products carry a 5 years warranty* against manufacturing defects from the date of invoice.
