Delivery charges
- Online payment: FREE delivery across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD charge based on items value (GST applicable):

Dispatch and delivery time
Orders are packed at our Delhi warehouse and shipped through courier partners (Shiprocket network). Delivery usually takes 3–10 working days depending on your PIN code and stock. For COD and bulk orders we may call you to confirm before dispatch.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking details on WhatsApp / email. You can also WhatsApp us your order number (e.g. #10025) for an update.
At delivery
Please check the outer box. If it is damaged, record an unboxing video and inform us within 48 hours of delivery (see Return Policy).
Pickup from showroom
You can also collect orders from our showroom in New Delhi 110081 by appointment. Contact us.
