Benign German products carry a 5 years warranty* against manufacturing defects from the date of invoice.

Covered

• Manufacturing defects in mechanism, hinges, slides and fittings under normal household use

Not covered

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, rust or finish change due to moisture, chemicals or cleaning agents
• Damage from incorrect installation, overloading, misuse, accidents or modification
• Commercial or heavy-duty use beyond the rated capacity
• Glass, leather and fabric surfaces against physical damage

How to claim

Share your order number / invoice and photos or video of the issue on WhatsApp (+91 99119 11667). We will repair or replace the part after inspection.
